Holotropic Breathwork™  is a powerful approach that combines breathing, evocative music, and release work to access non-ordinary states of consciousness and explore the deeper dimensions of the psyche. Breathwork can lead to the healing of previous emotional or physical trauma, reduction in anxiety and stress, amelioration of symptoms of depression, emotional expression & release, and creative inspiration.  Many people also report that it helps them connect to a deeper feeling of meaning and purpose in their lives, as well as a greater feeling of authenticity in their daily life.

This workshop offers two holotropic sessions and two “sitting” experiences for each participant. The holotropic process briefly referred to as "breathing," allows you to connect with the source of wisdom and healing transformative powers within you. GTT-certified facilitators make sure that you can open up to Iner Wisdom and inner healing power in a completely safe, supportive environment...

Travel Details

It is very easy to get to Center Velosimed in Kokra valley. It is located only 22 km from Ljubljana International Airport, Kranj railway station, and highway E61, connecting Ljubljana and Salzburg. Everything is close, yet distant enough not to disturb the serenity of the place. We can pick you up from the Airport or Kranj railway station.

Cancelation Policy:

The cancellation fee is € 70,- any time you cancel the workshop.

If you cancel the workshop within 14 days before the starting date, the whole workshop amount will not be refunded, but after deducting the € 70,- cancellation fee it could be applied to any other workshop during the following 4 years.

If you cancel the workshop more than 14 days in advance the total amount (minus the 70 Euro cancellation fee) will be refunded.

In case of cancellation of the workshop, we will refund you the full registration fee.
