Holotropic Breathwork™ is a powerful approach to self-exploration and

personal empowerment that relies on our innate inner wisdom and its

capacity to move us toward positive transformation and wholeness.

Breathwork can play an important role in personal and collective

transformation. This method is a powerful approach that combines

breathing, evocative music, and release work to access non-ordinary

states of consciousness and to explore the deeper dimensions of the

psyche.

Breathwork can lead to the healing of previous emotional or physical

trauma, reduction in anxiety and stress, amelioration of symptoms of

depression, emotional expression & release and creative inspiration.

Many people also report that it helps them connect to a deeper feeling

of meaning and purpose in their lives, as well as a greater feeling of

authenticity in their daily life.

Travel Details:

It is very easy to get to Center Velosimed in Kokra valley. It is located only 22 km from Ljubljana International Airport, Kranj railway station, and highway E61, connecting Ljubljana and Salzburg. Everything is close, yet distant enough not to disturb the serenity of the place. We can pick you up from the Airport or Kranj railway station.

Cancelation Policy:

The cancellation fee is € 50,- any time you cancel the workshop.

If you cancel the workshop more than 15 days in advance, the total amount paid minus the 50 Euro cancellation fee will be refunded.

If you cancel the workshop within 15 days before the starting date, there is no refund, but you can use the total amount paid minus the 50 Euro cancellation fee as a voucher for any of our workshops during the following 4 years.

In case of the cancellation of the workshop by the organizers, we will refund you the full registration fee.
